Refunds and returns policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy governs the conditions under which customers may return products purchased from our online store and the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.

1. Right of Return

In accordance with applicable legislation, individual consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of return, the customer must submit a request via email or through the contact form available on the website.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • be in the same condition as when delivered;
  • show no signs of excessive use, damage, or wear;
  • be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and labels;
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and child safety reasons, certain categories of products cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or used, including:

  • children’s underwear;
  • pacifiers and baby bottles;
  • personal hygiene and care products;
  • food products;
  • products customized at the customer’s request;
  • sealed items that cannot be returned for health protection reasons.

4. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the customer receives:

  • a defective product;
  • a product damaged during transport;
  • a product different from the one ordered,

they must contact our team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, so the issue can be resolved.

In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by the store.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • the return shipping costs are borne by the customer;
  • the original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order, unless the customer and the store agree on a different method.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until:

  • the returned products have been received;
    or
  • proof of shipment has been provided.

7. Product Exchanges

Depending on stock availability, certain products may be exchanged for a different size, color, or variant. For exchanges, the customer must contact the support team.

8. Return Address

Products must be sent to the address provided by our team after the return request has been approved.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels without prior agreement.
