- Seller – BATUTI’S WORLD SRL, the owner of the online store.
- Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order on the website.

- Order – an electronic document through which the Customer expresses the intention to purchase products.

4. Products and Availability
All products displayed on the website are offered subject to stock availability.
Product images are for informational purposes only and there may be minor differences between the images and the delivered product due to monitor settings, production batches, or manufacturer updates.
The Seller makes every effort to maintain accurate information regarding product descriptions, prices, and availability; however, technical or operational errors may occur.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT where required by applicable legislation.
Delivery costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

6. Placing Orders
The Customer may place orders online by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the purchase process.
After placing an order, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the products are dispatched to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

7. Payment Methods

8. Product Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Romania through partner courier companies.

Risk associated with the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel by the courier.
The Customer is required to inspect the parcel upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, Customers who are natural persons have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request to the email address indicated on the website.
Returned products must be:
- in the same condition in which they were delivered;
- free from excessive signs of use;
- accompanied by all accessories and documents received.
The value of the returned products will be refunded in accordance with applicable legal provisions within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
